Recently we saw our Rainbow Six Siege roster compete in five weeks’ worth of qualifiers for the upcoming Challenger League season. After performing consistently well, they continued into the Playoffs with the final 16 teams to secure their spot.
First off, we had a face off against fellow UK organisation; MnM Gaming. With us now being in the playoffs this was a best-of-three series. Despite our efforts, MnM Gaming asserted their dominance and took the match up 2-0.
Our second playoff game was against Mkers Official who we played against a few times before the playoffs. With us falling short on the first map, we moved on to map two and managed to claw things back with a 7-4 score line. Going on to a map three, we had to secure this victory in order to progress further within the tournament.
Mkers show that they deserved to progress to the next stages with their own 7-4 victory, which meant that our run within the Challenger League playoffs had come to an end.
Despite falling short at the last hurdle, we’re very proud of how far our Rainbow Six roster have progressed in such a small amount of time. We’re hoping to show our strengths in the upcoming season of the ESL Premiership which kicked off officially from the 27th February.
